Notification preferences

Teiro sends notifications for a range of events. You can control which notifications you receive and how you receive them.

Notification types

• Job alerts — new assignment, job change, cancellation
• Approval requests — leave, availability, standing instruction changes
• Compliance alerts — qualification expiries, document renewals
• Check-in alerts — late or missed check-ins
• Incident reports — new incidents, particularly critical ones

Setting your preferences

Go to your Profile, then Notifications. Toggle each notification type on or off and choose the delivery method: push notification, email, or both.

Administrator overrides

Admins can set minimum notification requirements for compliance-critical events — for example, requiring that all Admins receive critical incident alerts regardless of personal settings.
