Running and Exporting an Incident Report
How a coordinator runs a report in Teiro: picking one from the reports list, narrowing it to the date range that matters, and exporting the real results to CSV in one click.

Available report types
- Carer compliance summary — all carers with qualification status, upcoming expiries, and any gaps
- Service delivery report — jobs delivered vs planned, check-in/out times, incident summary
- Incident register — all incidents by severity and type for a selected period
Running a report
Navigate to Reports and select the report type. Choose the date range and any filters (by carer, customer, or service type). Click Generate, and use Export CSV to download the results.
