Carers see their own jobs only — a clean, simple view designed for use on a phone.
Today's jobs
The home screen shows today's jobs in chronological order. Each card shows the customer name, scheduled time, address, and service type.
Job detail
Tap a job to see full details: customer address with a map link, special instructions from the care plan, required tasks, and any documents attached to the shift.
Customer information
Relevant customer information is surfaced in each job — medical alerts, communication preferences, and key contacts. Carers don't need to navigate to a separate customer record.
Upcoming schedule
Swipe or navigate to the Schedule tab to see the next 7 days. This helps carers plan their week and spot any upcoming changes.
