Setting up your organisation in Teiro
Get your Teiro account ready — organisation details, branding, and initial configuration.
Welcome to Teiro. Before you start rostering carers and managing customers, take a few minutes to configure your organisation settings correctly.
Organisation details
Navigate to Settings and update your organisation name, ABN, address, and contact details. These appear on generated documents such as shift confirmations and compliance reports.
Timezone
Set your local timezone so all scheduled jobs and timestamps display correctly for your team. Most Australian providers should select AEST or AEDT depending on their state.
Logo and branding
Upload your logo for use on documents and client-facing materials. Supported formats are PNG and SVG.
Default settings
Configure defaults for job duration, notification lead time, and approval requirements. These save time when creating new jobs and carers.
