Quick start: your first week with Teiro
Follow this guide to get your organisation live in Teiro within your first week.
This guide walks you through the essential steps to go from a blank slate to a running roster in a few days.
Day 1 — Organisation setup
Configure your organisation details, timezone, and notification defaults. Invite your admin users.
Day 2 — Add your customers
Work through your customer list and create records for each participant. Upload existing care plans as PDFs or begin drafting them in Teiro.
Day 3 — Add your carers
Invite carers via email. Enter their qualifications, certifications, and upload required documents (police check, working with children check, first aid, etc.).
Day 4 — Create your first jobs
Use the Scheduler Board to create jobs and assign carers. Set up recurring jobs for regular visits to save time on future scheduling.
Day 5 — Go live
Review the week's roster, confirm carer assignments, and let your team know they can start using the Teiro carer app for check-ins.
