Inviting your team to Teiro

Add coordinators, carers, and administrators and assign them the right roles.

Teiro uses role-based access so each team member only sees what they need. Invite people with the correct role from the start.

Available roles

Admin — full access to all settings, reports, and customer data.

Scheduler / Coordinator — manages jobs, rosters, and carer assignments. Cannot change billing or organisation settings.

Carer — mobile app access only. Sees their own jobs, can check in/out, submit notes and incidents.

Approver — receives and acts on approval requests from carers (leave, availability changes, standing instruction edits).

Sending invitations

Go to Team > Invite Member. Enter the person's email address and select their role. They'll receive an email with a link to set their password and access Teiro.

Resending or revoking

If an invitation expires, you can resend it from the Pending Invitations list. To remove a team member, deactivate their account from Team Settings.
