Exporting your data
Export customer, carer, and job data from Teiro in standard formats.
Your data in Teiro belongs to you. You can export it at any time for analysis, backup, or migration.
What you can export
- Customer records — demographics, care plan summaries, contacts
- Carer records — qualifications, documents, availability history
- Job data — all jobs within a date range, including check-in/out times and notes
- Communications log — all SMS, email, and call log records
- Incident register — all incidents with details and resolution notes
- Compliance reports — as described in the compliance section
Export formats
Most exports are available as CSV (for spreadsheet analysis) or PDF (for reporting). Some reports support Excel format.
