Changing your password or email
Update your login credentials and keep your Teiro account secure.
Keep your account secure by using a strong, unique password and updating it if you suspect it has been compromised.
Changing your password
Go to your Profile (click your avatar in the top right) and select Security. Click "Change Password", enter your current password, then your new password twice to confirm.
Password requirements
Passwords must be at least 12 characters. Use a mix of upper and lower case, numbers, and symbols.
Changing your email address
Update your email in Profile > Personal Details. A verification email is sent to the new address — click the link to confirm the change before it takes effect.
Forgotten password
If you can't log in, use the "Forgot password" link on the login screen. Enter your email and you'll receive a reset link.
