Common questions
Do I pay for carers who only use the mobile app?
Yes — any team member with a Teiro account counts as an active user if they log in during the billing period. We don't differentiate between coordinator licences and carer licences — everyone is on the same count.
Can I start small and grow?
Yes. The minimum commit is 5 active users, but there's no maximum and no jump to a different tier when you add people. You grow at the same per-user rate.
What's included in the invoice?
Teiro invoices include ABN, line-item descriptions, and a full GST breakdown. They're formatted to make reconciliation straightforward for your bookkeeper or finance team, regardless of your funding or billing setup.
Is there a lock-in contract?
On monthly billing, no. You can cancel at the end of any billing month with 30 days' notice. Annual plans are for a fixed term. Enterprise contracts are negotiated individually.
We use a rostering system already. Can we migrate?
Yes. We offer a migration service for organisations moving from another system or from spreadsheets. Talk to us in the demo and we'll walk you through what's involved for your setup specifically.
Is our data stored in Australia?
Yes. All Teiro data is stored in Australian-region cloud infrastructure. We comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Enterprise customers can request additional data isolation arrangements.
Do you support aged care and home care providers?
Yes. Teiro is built for Australian care providers broadly — disability support, aged care, home care, and community health. The compliance and rostering configuration is flexible to your organisation's setup. Talk to us about your requirements.
