Types of conflicts
Double-booking — a carer is assigned to overlapping jobs. Teiro blocks the assignment and suggests alternatives.
Qualification mismatch — the carer doesn't hold a required certification for the service type. The job is flagged with a warning badge.
Travel time conflict — the gap between two jobs isn't enough for the carer to travel between locations. Flagged with a travel warning.
Leave overlap — a carer's approved leave clashes with an assigned job. The job appears unassigned and requires reassignment.
Resolving conflicts
Click the conflict badge on any job to open the resolution panel. Teiro suggests alternative carers based on availability and qualifications.
Roster gaps
The Gaps view highlights time slots where jobs have no assigned carer. Use this view at the end of each scheduling session to catch unassigned work.
