Adding your first customer (participant)

Create a customer record with care plan details, contacts, and service requirements.

In Teiro, the people you support are called customers. Each customer has a full record — contacts, care plan, documents, and a communications history.

Creating the record

From the Customers screen, tap or click "New Customer". You'll be guided through the intake wizard:

  1. 1.Personal details — name, DOB, address
  2. 2.Primary contact — next of kin or guardian
  3. 3.Funding and plan manager details (NDIS, HCP, or private)
  4. 4.Service requirements — default job types and durations
  5. 5.Care plan — upload or draft directly in Teiro

Ongoing customer management

Once created, the customer record becomes the single source of truth. Coordinators can see all past and upcoming jobs, read through the communications timeline, and update care plan details as needs change.
