Activity feed and call logs

A single timeline of all communications with each carer and customer.

The activity feed is the communications history for any record in Teiro. It shows everything — every message sent, call logged, document added, and status change — in chronological order.

What appears in the feed

  • SMS and email messages sent and received
  • Manually logged phone calls (with note and duration)
  • Job status changes (assigned, confirmed, in progress, completed)
  • Incident reports submitted
  • Document uploads
  • Care plan updates and sign-offs
  • Approval decisions

Logging a phone call

After a phone conversation with a carer or customer, open their record and click "Log Call". Enter the date, duration, and a summary of the conversation. This creates a permanent record of the discussion.

Filtering the feed

Use the type filter to view only specific event types — communications only, or status changes only. Date range filters help you find activity from a specific period.
